# ¿Cómo desbloqueo el usuario?

## Si al ingresar te indica que el usuario esta bloqueado debes solicitar un desbloqueo.

1. Ingresa al la [Oficina Virtual.](http://oficinavirtual.singularinsuranceagency.com:1957/apex/f?p=500:LOGIN_DESKTOP:10131209991153:::::)
2. Inicia una conversación en el Chatbot dando clic en el incono en la parte inferior de la pantalla.
